Great Pics!
On the top one I guess it depends upon one’s perspective. In any given group there is always one character aware of his surroundings while the rest are lallygagging around.
Maybe the one on the left is a sheepdog and is watching for the next person to shout allahu akbar while the rest are looking out against the expected backlash against Muslims.
I see General Casey and Janet Nap0litano have no faith in the U.S. Military or the American people.

Maybe the bird on the left is the look-out, while the other two are having a meeting, discussing a deal, doncha know.
What? I’m just guessing.
The helicopter looks like he would like you to move!!
Great picture, too, when you click on it.

The pilot looks like Elvis.
Kath // Nov 9, 2009 at 1:52 pm
Elvis? Really? I’m not seeing that.
Pinch // Nov 9, 2009 at 2:00 pm
Well…he does to me.

He looks like Borg to me… LOL
Pinch // Nov 9, 2009 at 3:33 pm
I am Elvis of Borg. Resistance is futile. You will be a Hunka Hunka Burnin’ Love machine.

I see it Pinch. I wonder if he is a member of The Flying Elvi?
A few months ago I was driving on I-40 and came up behind a large Cadillac. It had a sticker on it giving a web site for an Elvis impersonator. As I passed the car the only thing I could see were side burns.

The flying palmfrawn is an incredible pic Pinch! Great composition, great focus, and a compelling focus point!
Also like, if for no other reason than the caption of… Pic #1.
Always a pleasure to stop by for some eye cuisine.
