More later, I hope, but initial reaction? Decidedly “Un-presidential” and uninspiring…to the max. STILL blaming Bush, STILL thinking the American public are a bunch of rubes who don’t recognize a crap sandwich when they see it and STILL lying about everything under the sun. This administration is destined for at BEST the low end of mediocrity and at worst an abject failure.
How’d you like this “university constitutional lecturer” telling the Supreme Court they are a bunch of whack-jobs and that HIS congress will pass a law going around their free-speech decision with Citizens United v Federal Election Commission? Stay classy, dude.

I don’t think his own appointment would go for this proposed law. It isn’t because she is a “wise Latina Woman” but because it would be purely unconstitutional in any way, shape or form. And even with all her faults she is a smart woman. Possibly more so than the CinC. And no, I didn’t watch it. Habit from twenty years in the Sea Service, life for us stayed the same, regardless.
